Beautiful Anlaby Station, placed in history as one of Australia’s oldest Merino studs is currently featuring in the ‘Westfield’ and ‘The Woolmark Company’s winter fashion campaign, celebrating Australian Merino Wool.
Anlaby Station and Homestead was the special location for the Westfield Winter Fashion shoot recently.
This occasion was the result of a collaboration with Woolmark for a fantastic series of photos and videos that will be shared with you in the coming days.
Westfield has collaborated with The Woolmark Company highlighting the growers who produce the fibre and the designers who use it.
The campaign launches for Wool Week Australia (May 13 – 21) and is in support of local retailers, heroing wool in a curated selection of winter accessories, boots, denim and apparel of new season fashion as worn by real wool-growing families. The photos and video were shot at the beautifully restored Anlaby Station, which is one of Australia’s oldest Merino studs sprawling across 160,000 acres, between the Clare and Barossa Valleys in the Mid North of South Australia.
Why not check out the great video below ‘Winter Starts with Wool’ featuring international fashion model Stephanie Field with her mother, Angela, of Benangaroo Station, New South Wales, cousins and others including Andrew & Peter. Thank you to all for producing such a great video.
